St. Norbert College has an opportunity for an Administrative Secretary of College Advancement (Gifts). Primary responsibilities include typing, and proofing correspondence and reports, and handling projects for the Director of Development for Gifts Programs and the Director of Advancement Services. Additional accountabilities include setting up appointments and meetings and trip planning, data entry, maintaining office supplies and providing receptionist services for the Office of Advancement.

This position will assist the head coach in all aspects of operating a successful Cross-Country and Track & Field program. This role will help in identification and recruitment of prospective student-athletes, teaching and skill development of those student-athletes. Expectations include attending practives, meets, and assisting with meet management, practice preparation, and all other responsibilities to help continue the development of the program.
