- Manager of Student Employment
Reporting to the Director of the Career Center, the Manager of Student Employment is responsible for management and oversight of student employment processes and programs. Specifically, the duties include the oversight of the student employment process, development and implementation of policies related to student employment and the cross-department collaborative efforts to employ a student workforce of approximately 2,000.
Direct Supervisory Responsibility/Advisory Responsibilities:
1) Senior Administrative Assistant (shared with Career Center Director)
2) Student Assistants.
This a full-time non-exempt

The incumbent is responsible for overall management of the Prisoner Request Project, requiring research knowledge of legal materials and for supervising the library during evenings hours responsible for closing and securing the building. Schedule may vary but will primarily be scheduled to work Sunday-Thursday, 3 p.m. - Midnight. During extended exam hours will be responsible to work 5 p.m. - 2 a.m. Both shifts qualify for shift differential.

- Systems Technician, Auxiliary Technical Services
The Systems Technician of Auxiliary Technical Services works under the supervision of the Director of Auxiliary Technical Services to oversee all technical systems, support and services utilized by the Auxiliary Services Division. Technical systems include the ACCESS Card computer systems and peripheral devices (Imaging card production system, card management system, point of sale registers, and access control systems, and readers). Also included are the Housing StarRez System and any electronic access control systems. Either one or both of these systems interface to the central University administrative software systems, the bookstore system, networked printing system, as well as the campus dining systems. Both systems also have an online web self-service component. Management of these responsibilities includes but is not limited to systems analysis and development, database management, programming, management reporting, production control, operations, related asset purchasing, building wiring design and installation, and related web processes. Reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Technical Services, this position collaborates on technical solutions and implements those solutions to serve operations both internal to the Division as well as campus-wide and external to the University.

- Senior Network Engineer
The senior network engineer contributes to oversees the long-term development of the University's enterprise-wide, complex and heterogeneous data communications systems, including LAN and WAN. Additionally, the engineer oversees the day-to-day operation of these networks.
The senior network engineer will develop technical solutions for data, video and converged voice systems in support of the University's goals and objectives. The position is expected to provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.
This position will work with staff in Computer Operations, Administrative Systems, and other groups in coordinating services and providing appropriate guidance.
The activities of this position must support the Mission and Goals of Information Technology and the University. The senior network engineer is required to create and live by a philosophy of service as stated in the Santa Clara University's Customer Service Statement. This is a regular, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Manager of Networking and Telecommunications (I.T.).
