In brief, he thinks Rudy “Amnesty” Giuliani is the clear front-runner, McCain has faltered badly and probably can’t recover, and a conservative will have to fill the void because politics “abhors a vacuum.”

Rep. Ron Paul is scheduled to appear on C-SPAN on Monday 12 Mar 07 from 0730 to 0800 (Eastern Time).
According to this story he will officially announce his candidacy for President at that time. Be sure to tune in.
