- Regional HR Officer, London and South Region
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established retail organisation as a Regional HR Officer. As the company continues to grow, this is a great chance to make a mark within the organization. You can be based anywhere within the region. You will be providing a proactive HR Service to the Retail Stores, Area Managers and Regional Managers ensuring best practices and company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. Key to this role will be the provision of day-to-day advice and support to line managers on areas such as disciplinary, grievance and sickness. You will make staff aware of the requirements of employment legislation to ensure that the company complies with all legal requirements. You will be a self starter and at least part CIPD qualified, with a strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. You will have a strong background in employee relations and will have conducted disciplinaries and grievances up to and including dismissal level.
