- Crown and Glory Scam
I purchased items for my lace front wig from crownanglory.com on December 31, 2007 using my paypal account. When I didn't receive them about 3 weeks later I tried to contact the company via email because their phone lines were "being serviced". They never resonded back, so I filed a complaint with paypal and they finally sent the package January 25, 2008, but only they didn't send everything that I ordered. I tried to contact them directly through email again without any response. So now I have to file another complaint through the credit card company which will take another 3 weeks. This company is unprofessional. I'm just glad that I only spent $62.00.

Peter Uttley is a kind, compassionate, genuine, empathic, caring, extremely likable person. His elaborate stories with intricate details about himself would seem far-fetched if they were not spoken with such sincerity & passion. He builds a great deal of confidence--you just want to help him. He is very convincing to explain anything that is negative about him on the internet --attributing it to convoluted stories of others trying to discredit him through their unjustified vengeful motives. When Peter talks about things like-- coming funds that have been held up, wealthy aunts or uncles or relatives, or Wall Street czars, promises of what he is going to buy for you or do for you, ambassadors, his unique heritage, being in or coming out of witness protection program, realizing his past mistakes but now seeking to go in new direction, having life-threatening cancer, trust fund, having gone to London School of Economics, carnival owner throwing his belongings into the river... etc.-- don't be afraid to try to discover truth. At least call such people in charge group homes of Catholic Charities such as Jerry Ebner (402) 502 5887 (in Omaha). Some women have been deeply hurt by Peter building relationships and him suddenly absconding. This listing is not intended to inflict injury to Peter but to help others from blindly being damaged by promises that simply do not materialize. You wouldn't believe the stories could be such a ruse until you experience it first hand. Don't be afraid of searching out truth. Don't fear the truth because of fear of hurting your relationship with him. People who tell the truth should not afraid of verification. Remember the truth not only sets you free but it protects you from worse future injury and pain.

I rented a vehicle from them for 3 days. When I took the vehicle, they didn't put how many miles it had on it when I left in the contract, it was a $99 a day rental. For day, NOT for miles. Upon returning the vehicle, they tried to say that I drove it more than 2000 miles and owed them $1900! When I refused to pay and told them that if they charged it to my bank I would have the payment cancelled, the OWNER began to threaten and curse at me! I was called many different vulgar names including cunt. He made several very crude remarks about me and my husband. He locked my husband and I out of the building and refused to speak to me, saying that he was filing felony charges for nonpayment. He has already taken $800 out of my bank account. This is the most unprofessional, rude, vulgar, and dishonest establishment I have EVER done business with, and I will NEVER return. I have already hired a lawyer and am working on a civil suit. I have also contacted the local news. I highly discourage usage of this company. Enterprise is who I use now, and they are much better!

Obtained a bachelors degree in Business Administration, when I tried to use it I found out that although it was accredited it was not from any agency that is recognized. They dont tell you that when you inquire about the degree, they are very deceptive. So dont get hooked and loose $400.00 on a worthless piece of very official looking paper.

If you are on match.com or a myspace page be careful of a man named Mark Weiss. He says he is a jewelry and antiques dealer currently in Africa on a buying trip. He has a son named Dave and is a widower. Very handsome and you will think he is out of your league, first red flag.

I participated in their "surveys" by completing offers from several companies. All of my completed offers still show "Pending". I contacted them via email, and got a reply stating I had to email proof that I completed these offers. So I did!

I had ordered this product via a gift reward web site thinking it was Seattle's Best Coffee (a Starbucks product) but mistakenly I did not read the fine print for the advertised $9.99 2 bags coffee plus free coffee grinder that stated a $25.00 membership fee was also going to be added so the "free grinder" was not free after all. Luckily, they did allow me to cancel my membership once I discovered my mistake but I feel that this company is trying to misrepresent themselves to consumers that mistakenly think they are Seattle's Best Coffee when in fact they are most definitely NOT!

On Feb7I sent processathome.com $197.00 I immediately got a email telling me my packet would arrive inbox on Feb8. i was given email address (angle stevens@processathome.com) I never received the packet as promised or any replys to my email This site advertises 100% REfUND for 90 days. AS of Feb12 i have received no packet no refund. and the address they list is invalid to process at home.com. A web search can not find a phone number to match business or address. neither can phone company
