The responsibilities for this position include:
§ Provide administrative support for multiple Shareholders.
§ Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and clients.
§ Use multiple computer programs for financial billing, spreadsheets, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
§ Must have 3 years of administrative experience in public accounting.
§ Must have the ability to work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, and work additional hours as needed.
§ Extensive knowledge of Excel and Word required; ProSystems, Engagement, and Time and Billing System experience preferred.
§ Must have excellent organizational skills and be a team player.

Job Description:
--The strong, hands-on CFO/COO is responsible for overseeing the expansion plans of this public company as they develop manufacturing facilities in Asia and continue to pursue rapid growth domestically and internationally.
--The ideal candidate will have previous experience overseeing the development of international manufacturing facilities.
--This individual will work effectively between financial administration, business strategy, and management through the board.
--The CFO/COO must have a strong understanding of inventory valuation throughout the manufacturing process.
--The CFO/COO will be responsible for helping to expand facilities throughout their international territories.
