Supplemental Pages are those pages of your website, Google considers either duplicate (not current) or not unique in content but still Google wants to index that pages or keeps record of that pages, so it marks them as “Supplemental Pages”. Google indexes these supplemental pages but not in regular basis as compare to normal pages. There can be many reasons for why pages go into the supplemental index like duplicate content, distant from root url etc.
You can move your supplemental pages to main index by getting links from pages that are already in the Main Index. Try to get links from pages that don't sell links, not because paid links are bad but because a page that doesn't sell links is more likely to pass value than a page that does sell links. You can easily change the result in 1 week. But Google constantly crawling the web, so if it finds your link removed from that Main index, it again put your page in Supplemental Index.

Page Rank, normally known as “PR” is a numeric value that represents the importance of the webpage on the web. Page Rank is one the factors to calculate rank of the website in different SERP for specific keywords as there are many other factors also which are equally contributed in the calculation of ranking. PageRank is Google's way of deciding a page's importance. The highest the PR for the webpage, the better it will be. Google gives the PR out of 10.
Now in the process of calculating PR, Google gives highest weight age to the "LINKS". Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The maximum votes the page has, maximum will be the chances for the page rank because it is assumed that, maximum the votes, important the page must be.
But the links or votes should be quality links. Google normally identify bad links (Link farms, FFA, theme less pages etc.) and gives no importance to them. So its good to have quality links for your site.

In simple words we can say “301 REDIRECTION” is the most efficient and Search Engine Friendly method for webpage redirection. 301 redirection interpreted as “Moved Permanent”. Firstly you tell me …. Do you think search engines can read your external CSS files? Your answer must be “NO”. But its possible, search engines can read your CSS files now.
With the help of CSS files you can easily change the total outlook of the site without touching the HTML coding, means your HTML coding is always same but the CSS file that is used to display the HTML code changes.
Unfortunately, some webmasters try to fool search engines with that technique. Many webmasters with the help of CSS files can hide the content from their site visitors. Webmasters can put keyword rich content in the HTML code of their web pages that search engines can index. The same text can be hidden from human web surfers by using CSS means the content crawled by crawler is totally different and read by visitors is different.
To avoid this practice now search engines can read your external CSS files also and if they find anything wrong or something like above mentioned practice, they penalize your site.
