“My name is Eve Garcia, and I’ve been tattooing for ten years.
I started drawing because of my love for horses. When I was eight years old, I started setting up my model horses in different positions and in different lighting and drawing them. It soon developed into a love for art.
I got my first tattoo [...]

- Life Changes, Tattoos Don’t
Bluto did a lot of stupid (and funny!) things at Animal House, but he never would’ve let his frat brothers talk him into getting a goofy tattoo. - Tattoos Go Upscale?
This morning’s USA Today had an interesting article about Mark J. Penn’s new book Microtrends, in which he talks about the increasing popularity of tattoos. Here’s some of what the McPaper had to say:
“As of 2006, Penn writes, more than 30 million Americans have them. And it’s not just for sailors anymore: A Harris Survey [...]

- Trend of the Week: Cherry Blossom Tattoos
We dig cherry blossom tattoos–and it looks like a lot of you out there agree. These sweet Japanese blooms are rapidly replacing the rose as the most requested flower tattoo design. And sure, they’re pretty, but we think the symbolism has even more to do with it.
In Japanese culture, cherry blossoms are a sacred symbol [...]
