Today one of my childhood friends have met me accidently and I was taken aback by see him. When he was in school and collage with me he was a person with great potential in life and what happened? He looks like a 10 year older with unshaved beard. He looks a broken man and stressed. When reasons I asked him in coffee shop after 20 minutes of chatting he told me reason behind his stress and depression. Two people had made his life hell. One is his boss and other one is his wife.

So at last I decided to make personal constitution which should follow in letter and spirit. It should be guiding document for my life. Please note that I decided to make personal constitution not principles. Means may be principles change like lows but basic guiding constitution would be remaining same. Is above sentence true? 10% of American population suffers from stress. Why in today’s world we see lot of people suffering from stress or freely quote word stress. Ok let’s compare today’s world with world of generation of 25 year ago. What we have and they haven’t. Think hard about it and you will find that almost 50% luxuries we enjoy nonexistent at that time then why we kept hearing from our dad, mom or aunt that in there time they didn’t see lot of depressive or schizophrenic or stressful people around.
