We recently noticed a not-very-well-publicized page on Wirefly that focuses on upgrade offers - generally, the best online deals involve new contracts, but if you're an AT&T, Sprint or Nextel customer, it's worth checking out the Wirefly upgrades page. When you renew your contract with any of the three carriers, you'll qualify for a deal that's similiar to those offered to new customers - a free RAZR V3, for example. The terms of a contract extension should be identical to an existing contract, so if you're happy with your carrier - and you're eligible to upgrade - this is the way to go.
